False Claim - in other words, Absolute abuse of the legal process
 
Dear Jonathan further to our telephone conversation yesterday, I enclose a copy of the Writ issued by Flextech. I have entered an Acknowledgment of service indicating your intention to defend the action and I have sent a copy of the Writ to Joe Smouha asking him to settle a Defence and Counterclaim as soon as possible.
 
The Plaintiff’s (Flextech Television) claim is for the sum of £182,048.71 (thats how much they claim I owe them) - for unlawfully and unreasonably. breaching my amended agreement, terminating my existing agreement and then forcing the complete collapse of my Television Channel.
